I have known Erika for several years now and have known from the very beginning that she had a gift when it came to capturing that exact moment where memories are made. Even living 3 hours away from her, when it came time to plan my own wedding there wasn’t a question in my mind who I would hire to do the pictures. Our engagement shoot was magical and she was as professional as she was personable. Even at 5 months pregnant, she hiked around everywhere we did, layed on the ground, and climbed up spots just to get the perfect shot. We laughed the entire time! Within a week or so she sent me the CD of our photos and I was in awe of every single one. I can’t wait until she shoots our big day! Side note: very affordable rates and she will work to create the package to fit your budget. In all honesty, she should charge more for the quality and excellence of her pictures! But shh…don’t tell her that! haha!‎

Erika Dotson Photography (and Erika Dotson herself) is/are more than wonderful. Erika was our photographer on our wedding day and she made it more fun and special than it already was! (Along with her apprentices). At first, I was really nervous about having our pictures taken (I’m shy), but Erika made us feel so relaxe…d and laid back. She “directed” us very well and provided us with some VERY gorgeous pictures to remember this special time in our lives. She posted our pictures online within a few days after our wedding day! We were very happy to be able to see our pictures so soon! Erika worked with us and allowed us to pick our own pictures for our wedding book. I hope to see Erika again if/when a little Leslie joins the world.
