I’m not much of a writer when it comes to myself but I sure do make a fine list!!!!

About Me:

1) I was born in Santa Cruz, California where I lived until I was 9 years old.  I still visit nearly every year!

2) I love the color royal blue.

3) I was married to TW Dotson on December 27th, 2006 in Nauvoo, Illinois.  I was only twenty years old! 

4) I love pearls.

5) My favorite dinner has got to be a big plate of spaghetti with lots of Parmesan cheese!

6) I don’t drink coffee but I love the atmosphere of coffee shops!

7) I love my puppy, Ellie.  She was a replacement for Roxy, whom I hold dear in my heart.  Roxy died July 10, 2009 in my arms just after she was hit by a car.  I soon realized I had to have somewhere to channel my doggie love and along came Ellie.

My parents just moved closer so my mom can finish college.  I’m so proud of my mother!  She’s awesome and not just trying to finish college but she’ll be finishing college with a degree in Engineering!!!!

9)  That gets me thinking I have a degree in Food, Human Nutrition and Hospitality.  I graduated in the summer of 2008.  I do not plan on pursuing anything further with my degree, but it does look nice in my office.

10) My dad lives in Hawaii so I’ve been to the island of Kauai several times in my life.  If anyone is contemplating a trip to visit the beautiful islands, I highly recommend Kauai.  In my opinion it is by far the most gorgeous of them all! (actually only if you are looking to be adventurous the other islands are more the relax and stay at the resort all day type)

11) I make a really mean Lemon Meringue Pie.

12) I always tend to think I can do things no one else can.  For instance……. I was told by many people that they were out for days when they had their wisdom teeth removed.  I thought I was way tougher and I would be able to go grocery shopping, drive my car, clean the house, all these things…… little did I know I am a big sissy!  I don’t even remember the drive home, better yet the first two days!  I was told I cried the whole way home and everytime I woke up!  So needless to say I’m just as tough as everyone else, well at least in that one case.

13) I hate wearing a blue shirt with blue jeans.

14) I killed two copperhead snakes last summer.

15) I enjoy wakeboarding, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, camping, and pretty much anything that has to do with water!

16) Let me now add that I am a mother to a life loving 17 month old named Titan and another addition will be making her entrance late May!
