Again I make this post on a Tuesday……….hmmm I’m seeing a slight trend.
This weeks color was a request as well, from Danielle, who will be getting married on October 9th in Conway. We’re pretty excited for her wedding!

What an adorable idea for a hairpiece! I’m sure your florist could rig this up for you! I recommend Jules Design locally.

I couldn’t imagine someone getting these adorable red shoes for their wedding! I would be so so so so excited as a photographer! I recommend everyone get colored shoes! Gone are the days of white shoes, besides I haven’t worn mine since my wedding day but I can guarantee that you’d wear some fun heels again!

How about renting a red classic car on your wedding day, or better yet you know someone that owns one?!?!? I’m sure they’d love to be your chauffeur on your special day! What a great way to get your favorite Uncle involved in your wedding!!!

Here’s a fun DIY project for your wedding: These would make a great addition to a candy buffet for your guests!!!!
Fire Red Candy Apples
Ingredients
8 medium apples, green or red
2 3/4 cup(s) sugar
1 1/4 cup(s) light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup(s) water
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
15 drops red food coloring
Wash and dry apples, remove stems and insert a wooden stick into the bottom (not stem end) of the apples; approximately 2/3 of the way into the apple. Set apples aside.
In saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Heat slowly on low heat, stirring constantly. Once mixture starts to boil, stop stirring and leave boiling until candy mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer, or until a small amount of mixture dropped into cold water separates into breakable threads.
Remove from heat and stir in food coloring. Wait until mixture stops bubbling, then add vanilla, mix well.
Dip each apple into the mixture while mixture is still hot, swirl to cover apple evenly. You will need to work fast to get all the apples dipped before mixture becomes too hard.
Place dipped apple on greased cookie sheet or greased wax paper.

Are you daring enough to wear a RED birdcage veil? This seller on Etsy is selling a DIY birdcage veil kit!

If you decide to go the Poppy route you’ve gotta order these poppy inspired appliqués! I’m pretty sure this gal could make some hair pins for you!
